We had an excellent experience with this company - to me, they seem quite passionate about their work. Staff was patient and responsive, and made suggestions that kept this project within budget. On day 1, installer was very patient with color selection - we eventually used a custom mixed stain which we were very happy with. I was notified each day afterwards when someone would come to add the next coat of poly (we went with the oil).

Call them for flooring!!!!!! Best company to work with!!!!!. I did delux vinyl downstairs because of my dog. Everyone thinks it is hardwood. I did all my upstairs and stairs in hardwood . Steps are not those layovers. It is solid. They were recommended by a friend. I would never use anyone else!!!!! Johnny was the best!!! They are very tidy and careful. I was still in the house and only left bulky furniture and they took care of it all. Shout outs to Zach and Trey too!!!! Even all the delivery people were awesome. Price was very very reasonable!!!!!!

A friend referred me to Lady Baltimore Floors when I was inquiring about getting my staircase changed from carpet to hardwood. It is an old historic house with a curving staircase. The person who came and did the quote was polite, straight forward, and efficient. I received quotes immediately and booked my project which started at my convivence. The person who did the stairs let us know it could take two days since our stairs are so unique. He was very considerate of my cats, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were a few hiccups due to the original trim sticking out too far for the installation, but he took care of it. Everything was done timely, efficiently, with little hassle and turned out great.

Absolutely LOVE my new wood flooring from Lady Baltimore Floors. I received 3 bids to replace the carpet in my family room with wood. Lady Baltimore had the largest selection by far and the entire staff is professional with excellent customer service. I needed a new step down built from my kitchen to family room and the craftsmanship of the finished product exceeded my expectations. We had them come out to repair and refinish our floors and steps. During the repair process they found additional termite damage, We had the structural damage repaired, they gave us an updated estimate for the added floor replacement which was very reasonable. We moved forward and Lady Baltimore was on point with communication and timing, they completed the job exactly when they said it would be done.
